Client: the largest brewing company and its management team
Purpose: protection of the company’s interests against the claims of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, the Federal Tax Service of Russia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in matters of distribution of goods, relations with distributors and trade networks.
Result: after a set of investigative actions with our assistance, the criminal prosecution against our client was terminated at the stage of preliminary investigation without being formally charged.
