Client: an investor of a project of construction of a VIP status house in the Moscow Central Administrative District
Purpose: defense of the investor’s interests at the stage of entering a major investment project.
Result:
1. A separate legal entity subsequently performed the functions of a developer was registered.
2. Contracts and grounds for financing of the project were prepared and concluded, as well as a corporate agreement providing maximum protection of the investor’s rights in terms of control of expenditures of the investments, construction and sale of elite real estate.
3. Mechanisms of guarantee the return of invested funds, as well as the profit obtained during the project were specified.
4. All procedures for the acquisition of rights to a land plot for development were supported with required documents.
