Purpose: Providing defense of a large Russian bank against demands of payments under bank guarantees from Russian and foreign companies in a total amount of more than 3 billion rubles.
Result: the bank guarantees were declared invalid within the framework of submitted counterclaims; court decisions came into legal force.
