Client: a trading and manufacturing company with an annual turnover more than 8 billion rubles.
Purpose: settlement of a corporate conflict between business owners. The point of the conflict was the lack of control of all business processes by one of the owners, failure to provide documents to the owner, violation of corporate legislation referring to compliance with the order and terms of general meetings of participants of the company.
Result:
1. The rights of one of the beneficiaries of the business structure were protected by direct negotiations with the representatives of the opposing side of the conflict, sending specialized requests, initiation of administrative proceedings in the Central Bank of the Russian Federation against the General Director of the parent company under Part 11, Article 15.23.1 of the Administrative Offense Code of the Russian Federation.
2. All these actions led to the decision of the conflicting party to negotiate and settle all disputes of business and relationship of beneficiaries by signing a corporate agreement.
