Client: a group of officials of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters.
Purpose: Defense against charges and embezzlement of public funds in the amount of more than 35 billion rubles and fraud (Artlcle 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) in infrastructure construction.
Result: The case was dismissed at the preliminary investigation stage.
