Client: a pharmaceutical company and its management team
Purpose: Defense of the interests of the pharmaceutical company against the charges of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of crimes under Part 1, Article 178 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — organization and participation in a cartel to establish and maintain retail prices.
Result: after a set of investigative actions with our assistance, the criminal prosecution against our client was terminated at the stage of preliminary investigation without being formally charged.
